Q: How did you get started working in your field?
Daniel: I was very fortunate in 1987 to start a new work career in wastewater treatment. I worked diligently every day to expand my knowledge to ultimately own my business which includes my online training school.
Q: What do you love the most about your job?
Daniel: I love to strive to outperform others. Every day I work to improve myself to surpass yesterday’s achievements of everyone I work with.
Q: What are you most proud of?
Daniel: I am most proud of the results from helping others. For the operators attending my training, it gives me great pride watching their careers develop.
Q: What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work or new to the field?
Daniel: The advice I give everyone is to follow their passion and never give up.
Q: Can you talk about a project you recently worked on?
